The customer has the right to cancel or modify the order before it becomes in process. Products that are custom-designed for the customer cannot be returned or exchanged according to the executive regulations of the Ministry of Commerce. In case the shipment is not received and it is returned to the store, the customer pays the shipping costs to resend it. If the order is not received by the customer and the order is returned to the store by the shipping company, the store keeps the products for 14 days; if the customer does not request the order to be shipped again within this period, the store has the right to destroy them without any material liability. If the order is canceled before execution, the amount is refunded within a maximum of 7 days. The order is executed based on the inputs in the product data, and the store is not responsible for any spelling, typographical, or quantity errors caused by the customer; if the error is from the store, the order will be re-executed and shipped at no cost.
